Privacy

You can use it without an account

Sub Sheet, Drill Lab and the game all work without signing in. In that case everything you type stays on your own phone or computer, and we never see it.

If you create an account

We keep what you choose to save online:

• your email address and a password (the password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, including us)
• the name you give yourself, your teams, and who is on each team
• what you save in the tools: players' first names, rules, plans, drills and notes
• ideas you send on the Ideas page, and your votes
• KT Fit progress, if you use KT Fit and sign in there

Children's names

Please use first names only for players, or nicknames. Never enter anyone's surname, phone number, address, photo or health details. The tools do not need any of that.

Who can see it

• Only you, and people you invite to a team, can see that team's players and plans. An invite link gives access, so only share it with people you trust.
• People on your team can see each other's display names.
• Ideas you send are shown to other signed-in coaches without your name. The person who runs the site can see who sent each idea.
• The person who runs the site can see the numbers (how many accounts and teams), and can look at the database if something needs fixing. We do not read teams' contents for any other reason.

What we never do

• We do not sell or share your information, show ads, or build advertising profiles.
• We do not send your information to any AI service. There is no AI in these tools.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase keeps the accounts and saved teams.
• Buy Me a Coffee handles any support you choose to give. If you tap the "Buy me a coffee" link you leave this site and their own privacy rules apply. We do not receive your payment details.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the "are you a person" check when you sign up or sign in, and counts visits to the site without tracking individuals or setting cookies.

Saved on your device

The tools save your work in your browser's own storage so they work offline, and remember things like light or dark mode. These are not tracking cookies. If you clear your browser's data, your device copy goes with it.

Your choices

• On the Account page, Delete this team removes a team you own, and Delete my online data removes everything you saved online. Data on your device is not touched.
• Your sign-in (your email address) stays until you ask us to remove it. To have it removed, email coachingjoy@proton.me from the address you signed up with and say "delete my login". We will remove it.

Terms

• Coaching Joy is free to use and comes as it is. We do our best, but we cannot promise it will always work, be available or be free of mistakes. Check a plan before you rely on it on game day.
• Keep a copy of anything important. The Backup option in Sub Sheet saves a file to your device.
• You are responsible for what you put in. Do not enter personal details about children beyond a first name or nickname, and do not post anything unlawful, abusive or someone else's private information.
• Be kind with it: no attempts to break, overload or get into other people's teams. We may remove content or accounts that do.
• The drills, tools and pictures are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy them to sell.
• We may change or stop the site, or these terms, from time to time. When we change them, the date at the top changes.
